1. Within 24 hours ticket cancellations or No Show- No Refund

2. 24-48 hours (from midnight of the check-in date)- 50% refund

3. Above 48 hours (from midnight of the check-in date)- 75% Refund

4. All refunds would be credited to the user’s payment mode within 7-14 bank working days.

5. Partial cancellations are not permitted.

6. No Changes (except cancellation) can be made for the tickets booked for a particular check-in date.

7. Incase you would like to change the date of visit, please cancel older tickets and make a fresh booking.

8. If amount debited from the customer’s account and ticket is not issued, the entire amount will be refunded electronically (as credit to the relevant credit/debit card account used for transaction). However the bank/card transaction charges are likely to be forfeited. The balance amount will be credited to the user’s payment mode within 7-14 bank working days.
